I am an undergraduate Human resources senior student at the higher institute of accounting and business administration (ISCAE). I joined the TAEF Fellows Program second edition this year. Currently, I’m doing my internship (end of year studies project) at the company MEGA PRINTING & PACKAGING one of TAEF investees. TAEF did not offer me just an internship but a whole program with a training on “design thinking”. This was very important for me as I learned to think differently. Before I joined TAEF I had a 4-months experience with Fix”N” Go (Jomaa Grp).

I was also part of many social activities in my university such as Soliya Connect Program which is an exchange virtual students program.
The Connect Program—Soliya’s flagship virtual exchange initiative—is an online cross-cultural education program integrated into curriculum that provides young adults with a unique opportunity to:

• Establish a deeper understanding for the perspectives of others around the world on important socio-political issues Develop 21st Century skills such as critical thinking, cross-cultural communication, and media literacy.

Since 2018, I am human resources assistant, right now working for the National Company of Water Exploitation and Distribution« SONEDE », exactly at the Hr department as a part of the recruitment team.
