I’m 23 years old and I am aiming to continue my graduate education in Marketing. During my internship in EXO, i tried to apply the knowledge I acquired during my studies by boosting the marketing team with innovative ideas and projects. I initiated a mini project that I called ‘video of the week’. The project consists of creating a short video each week with a pre-set goal that can differ from boosting the employees’ motivation to facilitating the office life with pieces of advice and lifehacks or to enhancing the employees’ productivity.

Working among a highly motivated and hardworking team in EXO has been a great opportunity for me not only to experience work in a highly developing company but also to help me have a clearer vision of my future career.
