I am Bacem MEJDOUB – Industrial Engineering student at the National Engineering School of Bizerte.

I decided to follow my passion to become an engineer since my third-grade in high school and the passion turned into a goal.

Beside that I am a Soft Skills Trainer.
After working on multiple projects and holding leadership positions, I have gained remarkable experience in a very short time, which has allowed me to take my soft skills to the next level of professionalism. After that, I wanted to start a training career, so I proceeded a TOT (Training of Trainers) according to the AIPS (American Institute of Professional Studies) norms.
After one year and a half only, and besides my engineering studies, I have worked with 37 references all throughout Tunisia, trained more than 1200 trainees and delivered more than 230 hours of training.

I also did an internship at TIAMED for my graduation project through TAEF fellows program.

I am currently working as a  Senior Digital Transformation Consultant at KPMG Saudi Arabia where

I provide consulting services to our clients during their digital transformation journey, from vision definition to solution implementation.

Moreover, I deliver personal and interpersonal capacities-building training sessions through an application-oriented Training process. (+600 hours, +70 Reference).
