Investment Analytics Intern

Job description:
The intern will carry out the following duties:

• Take part in the Quant Project, an internal project that aims to build Machine Learning models for better VC decision-making. Tasks include data analysis & modeling, outreach to funders and materials’ preparation.
• Assure smooth data exploration, visualization, and dashboarding.
• Identify trends and drivers, perform exploratory data analyses, and present views that will provide visibility into startups’ performance.
• Partner closely with other investment team members, understand their data needs, and build plans to address those with intelligent data solutions in a timely and sustainable fashion.
• Arrange follow-ups with all portfolio companies and ensure that they submit their status report periodically.
• Assist in the process of due diligence, Investment Memo preparation and deal structuring.
• Assist in the preparation of investor days, alumni gatherings, and other investment-related activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

•  Strong quantitative background coupled with previous exposure to startups, VC, or investment in general.
