Partially Remote (Carthage Office) - Key Responsibilities
As a Lead Generation Analyst, your goal is to fill our pipeline with pre-qualified leads: - Conduct targeted research to identify and pre-qualify B2B leads based on given criteria.
- Extract and organize accurate data into CRM or spreadsheets by segmenting leads.
- Identify key decision-makers (e.g., HR Directors, Finance Managers) for outreach by Business Development Representatives.
- Document progress and propose improvements to streamline lead generation processes.
- Analyze sales data to uncover trends and support strategic decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for data research and validation.
- Proficient with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and basic CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Interest in B2B sales strategy, lead generation, and digital prospecting.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and optimize processes efficiently.
- Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.
- Basic understanding of data visualization and/or automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Python) is a plus.
