Who we are
We are TAEF ADVISORY COMPANY, a limited liability company under Tunisian law (hereinafter "TAEF"). We have created the web portal Fellows.taefund.org (hereinafter the "Portal") with the aim of bringing together the labor market actors, namely students looking for an internship (hereinafter the "Student"), and companies operating on the Tunisian market wishing to offer internships (hereinafter the "Recruiter").
Student Acceptance
The creation of an account on the Portal
commits the Students to comply without
restriction with this Privacy Policy, which will
apply exclusively to the data collected on their
accounts created on the Portal (hereinafter the
"Data" or "Personal Data").
In the event of amendments or updates, the
updated Privacy Policy will be uploaded onto
the Portal with an indication of the update last
date. You must therefore regularly check the
Portal to stay informed of any change or update
made to the Privacy Policy.
We are highly attentive to respecting your
private life and your Personal Data
confidentiality We therefore commit to
processing your Personal Data in the strictest
application of the applicable rules and
regulations, in particular Law no.63 dating 27
July 2004, protecting personal data.
Student Data collected
The Student's submission of an online
application for an internship requires the
creation of an account on the Portal by entering
a username and password.
The Student will be required to communicate
their Data by filling the appropriate forms,
ticking the boxes or selecting the radio buttons
available to them.
The Student will also be required to attach their
curriculum vitae, a cover letter and their latest transcript in order to finalize their account
creation.
Student Data is collected and processed by
TAEF in order to ensure the processing of
applications received. Data collected will not be
disseminated on the Portal.
Additionally, Student Data may be processed to
ensure the proper functioning and security of
the Portal, improve its functioning and carry
out anonymous statistical analysis.
TAEF may also use the Student Data for
communication purposes such as sending
newsletters, information and invitations to
events and conferences.
TAEF keeps the Student Data only for as long as
is necessary for the processing in place.
Student rights
In line with applicable law, the Student has the
right to request access to and rectification of
their Data, meaning they may ask for
rectification, addition, update or erasure of
their Personal Data that is inaccurate,
incomplete or obsolete. They also have the
right to request restriction or to object to
processing of their Personal Data for legitimate
reasons.
The Student may also, at any time and without
giving reason, oppose the processing of their
Data for communication purposes.

Recipients of Student Data collected
The Student Data collected is reserved for the
exclusive use of TAEF and may not be
communicated to third parties, except TAEF's
subcontractors, subsidiaries and affiliates.
In the situation where the Student shall be
selected for an internship, TAEF may share the
Student Data collected with the relevant
Recruiter.
Other provisions
TAEF shall ensure that the Portal does not
contain any hypertext link allowing direct or
indirect access to websites or website pages
whose content is contrary to law, public order
and/or morality, and shall immediately take all
measures necessary to delete them.
The Portal is strictly limited to personal use by
the Student.
The Student is solely liable for any use of the
information contained therein and TAEF shall
not be held responsible for any damages,
direct, indirect or otherwise, arising from the
use of the information provided on the Portal
by the Student.
TAEF does not guarantee the access to the
Portal without interruption, nor that it is virus-
free.
TAEF shall not be held liable for damages
resulting from fraudulent access by a third
party leading to changes in information
broadcast on the Portal.
