Hello! I am Sabrine Lamouchi,

IT Student - TBS

“If opportunity doesn't knock, build a door.”
Milton Berle

I am a 22 year old senior student at Tunis Business School majoring in Information Technology and this upcoming academic year, is the I year I graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration Diploma; and I could not be prouder of what I have accomplished thus far regarding personal and professional growth.
Joining TBS, three years ago, has exposed me to a world of experiences and opportunities that I never knew existed. During my freshman year, I joined Enactus TBS, bursting into a journey of networking and implementing entrepreneurial visions that made me acquire and develop new practical skills, but it has also made me face many responsibilities. The year after, I participated in the Hult Prize competition and even though we did not pass to the regionals, my team and I won the best social impact award of the TBS round; a truly challenging experience that actually enhanced my self-confidence and taught me how to manage team work. Further, that summer, I worked with the startup U-Accelerator as a Marketing manager of their Business Innovation Development team.
A startup dedicated to develop innovative projects, from technology transfer until market commercialization. My work consisted of performing the matchmaking between enterprises, startups, and idea-holders, establishing marketing and business promotion strategies, and initiating critical connections with investors. I also occupied the position of a community manager for their annual event “Open Innovation Day” and that is through writing and delivering weekly blog posts and articles on our official website; and in addition to advocating our brand on social networks such as Facebook and Instagram, I booked informative booths in different universities to spread the word about the open innovation concept and induce students to participate with innovative ideas.

However, during last year, my junior year; after choosing IT as an area of specialization, I decided to focus more on that and broaden my technology knowledge, thus I joined the Microsoft club of TBS as a Vice President and worked on technology-related events such as the IT Governance. Now, the best part of my junior year was at the end, when I became part of the TAEF fellows program through a summer internship with the company eXo Platform. An experience that introduced me to a rich and diverse environment of new ideas and perspectives and allowed me to fully invest myself in the IT development career.
As far as future vision is concerned, I am planning to continue my studies in the Data Science field and become a Big Data Analyst; for that is what perfectly combines Information Technology and Business Administration.

For my senior year project (PFE), I am currently working as a backend developer intern at the company Digit-U.
