Hello, I am Afef Saidi. I recently obtained a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the National Engineering School of Carthage University. I am a researcher at the Advanced Systems Laboratory (LSA) of the Ecole Polytechnique of Tunisia. I am currently working as a teaching assistant at the department of Industrial Information Technology at the Higher Institute of Information and Communication Technologies (ISTIC).

I’m passionate about fostering learning and innovation. I’ve had the privilege of contributing as a trainer at the First Camp of Scientific and Technological Immersion on the “Internet of Things” (IoT), catering to high school students at the IMEF Korba. Moreover, embracing challenges, I’ve engaged in coaching at the E-Health Challenge Tunisia, 2nd edition. During this event, I had the opportunity to motivate and assist the participants to grow their skills and work together successfully.

My quest for knowledge led me to participate in the second edition of the Data Science Summer School (DS3) at École Polytechnique, Palaiseau, France. This experience enriched my understanding through collaboration with esteemed researchers and professionals from diverse backgrounds. Eager to continue this journey of growth, I’m committed to expanding my expertise in data science.
