Hello! I’m Roua Elkamel, a senior student at Tunis Business School, majoring in Business Analytics with a minor in Information Technology. My academic path has given me a solid foundation in analyzing data, understanding trends, and applying strategic thinking to solve complex challenges.

Beyond the classroom, I have been actively involved in TBS Junior Enterprise, where I worked on projects requiring market research, process evaluation, and delivering actionable insights. Recently, I began my new role as Quality Management Director, where I now oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure continuous process improvement within the organization. These experiences strengthened my problem-solving skills, enhanced my ability to work effectively in teams, and provided practical exposure to real-world business challenges.

I also contributed to FindBudd, collaborating closely with my supervisor and fellow interns to visualize deliverables, tackle feasibility challenges, and optimize processes. This experience reinforced my ability to adapt, learn quickly, and persevere through complex tasks while maintaining a focus on delivering meaningful results.
