Business Administration Student - Tunis Business School
My name is Taha Yacine Ayoub, and I am currently a graduate economics student at Tunisia Polytechnic School, focusing on environmental economic modelling. I have a bachelor’s degree from Tunis Business School in Finance and international business economics.
Since my young age, I have always been very curious and particularly fascinated with the interaction between what is geopolitical and economic. After graduating from high school with honours, my interests motivated me to choose studying at Tunis Business School given its unique academic offering.
At TBS, I deeply enjoyed the emphasis on extracurricular activities, communication skills and quantitative and technological aptitude. I was particularly active in Tunisian International Model of United Nations, where I headed the department for academic training & research, responsible for providing simulation of highest quality to train the next generation of Tunisian leadership.
During my sophomore year, I was lucky to be accepted by TAEF for the 4th cohort of its fellowship. Thanks to the TAEF fellows’ program, I gained the opportunity to join SQOIN software company, where I learned a lot about Fintech and blockchain technology with a focus on the social impact case studies and funding of high impact projects.
Thanks to this internship, I became aware about my deep commitment toward expanding my impact potential through innovative technologies and making a sustainable positive change in the world. Afterwards, I continued to join more high impact workplaces like Kumulus Water, a revolutionary water tech startup, where I worked on water risk and business modelling and RMBV impact, a regional high impact private equity fund.
