DAAM (formerly the Centre Financier aux Entrepreneurs – Tunisie S.A.) is a microfinance institution that aims to increase access to professional financial services for micro and small enterprises, with a view to contributing to sustainable prosperity, the development of the private sector and the improvement of living standards for Tunisians.
DAAM caters to micro-entrepreneurs who have the potential to grow and develop into more robust and organised businesses.
DAAM helps these businesses transition from the informal to the formal sector and contributes to their financial inclusion by eventually making them eligible for bank financing.
Among the financial products offered by DAAM are DAAM loans. These are specially designed for entrepreneurs seeking rapid financing solutions tailored to their specific needs, such as working capital, the purchase of equipment, investments, procurement, the purchase of vehicles and more. DAAM has also developed financial products specifically for women entrepreneurs to help promote the financial inclusion of this client group, which is all too often excluded from the financial system.
