Greetings, I’m Ayoub Tej, a dedicated financial analyst committed to delivering top-notch work and striving for excellence in every endeavor. Welcome to the Taef community and the broader business society. It’s my pleasure to introduce myself. My passion for finance and the business world has been ingrained in me since childhood. Pursuing my bachelor’s in finance at Tunis Business School in 2019 marked the official beginning of my journey. During my time there, I cultivated a robust foundation in financial analysis, risk management, and investment techniques.
In 2023, upon earning my degree, I joined Bako Motors. As a financial analyst for the company, I spearheaded various financial tasks, including fundraising and financial modeling. Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data and reports was a point of pride for me. Following my internship, I continued my journey with Bako Motors, transitioning into the role of Finance Manager. In this capacity, I lead the financial operations of the company, leveraging my expertise to drive strategic financial decisions and propel
organizational growth. In addition to my professional aspirations, I’ve always been actively engaged in volunteering for community projects. Working with organizations focused on youth development, I’ve shared my insights on integrating young people into Tunisia’s social and economic fabric. I’m thrilled to have had the opportunity to participate in the Taef internship program as a financial analyst. This experience proved invaluable, providing me with firsthand knowledge of financial analysis and decision-making processes in a dynamic business environment.
