I have just graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Management of Sfax with a research masters degree in Management and prospective.
The world of Management is not only my university orientation but it is also my passion.

Learn how to be a leader and effectively manage the organization through a process of planning, organizing, decision making, strategic development, team building is a real pleasure for me.
In parallel with my academic background, I can consider myself as an active member of community life.
I have joined several clubs associations and NGOs and I have even held an important position there.
Honestly, civic engagement was the real school of skills for me. I gained valuable experience and knowledge, I boosted my self-confidence, forged my personality developed my entrepreneurial spirit and my inner creativity, and expanded my Networking from many countries around the world.
And that was through attending many training courses, participating in different Bootcamp, hackathon, and youth exchange as well as by collaborating with teams and organizing events and projects dedicated to empowering youth leadership.

Today I can admit that great things never come from comfort zone and following our ambitions and aspirations always a good decision to take.
Finally, I’m honoring the woman that I become today and I am eager to continue developing my skills and expanding my expertise therefore I’m so glad to be a part of the TAEF’s Fellows program in collaboration with SQOIN.

I hold a research master’s degree in Management and perspective, with 3 years of experience in Business Development. My professional journey is characterized by three pivotal aspects.

Firstly, I have international experience, having worked with a Polish startup, Maltese Startup, and Swiss company, collaborating with teams from different countries around the world, including Europe and Asia. I’ve been engaged in projects in the Gulf Region and Africa. Secondly, I have versatile experience as I held a different position, including Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Product Management. Thirdly, I have been always involved in projects from scratch till the launch, tracking progress until we achieve the desired improvement results. During my last years of work experience, I developed my technical capabilities, communication, and time management skills.Today with a strong work ethic, I am looking to start a new challenge in a healthy environment allowing me to create value and make a positive contribution.
