Financial Analyst
Hello! I am Mohamed Aziz Othmani, Financial Analyst.
While currently pursuing a masters in financial analysis at IHEC Carthage, my journey into the financial world began with a strong academic foundation at the same university, and over the years, I have honed my skills through diverse experiences across multiple financial domains.
My professional experience includes roles at renowned organizations such as Flat6Labs, where I developed in-depth financial models and collaborated with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes. As an Independent Financial Consultant with ECOFACT AG in Switzerland, I prepared comprehensive DCF models and liquidity plans that played a crucial role in strategic decision-making. My earlier roles as a Portfolio Manager and Equity Analyst Intern at VIFCO sharpened my analytical skills, allowing me to optimize portfolio returns and effectively communicate investment strategies to clients.
Beyond my professional roles, I am deeply committed to making an impact through private equity and venture capitalism. I believe in the power of strategic investment to drive positive change, particularly ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) investing. My aspiration is to leverage these financial tools to create sustainable, long-term value that benefits not only businesses but also the broader community.
In addition to my professional and academic pursuits, I have also led initiatives such as organizing the first crisis committee at HECMUN, where I served as the Head of Academic Affairs. This experience, along with my leadership role in the same organization, has shaped my approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
Looking ahead, I am eager to continue my journey in private equity, focusing on investments that create both financial returns and lasting, positive impacts. My goal is to connect with like-minded professionals, learn from industry leaders, and contribute to a future where business success is measured not only by profits but by the legacy it leaves behind.
