Hello! I am Yassine Ben Hamadi, E-Business Student – ESSECT
My name is Yassine Ben Hamadi and I am a third year E-Business student at ESSECT

Throughout my academic journey, my passion for both computer science and business has been a guiding force. Despite facing challenging years in high school studying experimental science as a field, an area that failed to ignite my interest, the allure of combining my love for technology and business was undeniably clear to me. This realization eventually led me to pivot towards E-Business for my higher studies, where I found the perfect combination that resonates with my lifelong fascination.

Embarking on the path of E-Business at ESSECT for my higher studies proved to be a transformative decision. Far from disappointing, these studies became the fertile ground where my passion for the intersection of computer science and business flourished.

Furthermore, my university journey unfolded new avenues of growth as I became a proud member of ENACTUS ESSECT. Engaging in the project department exposed me to the dynamic world of social entrepreneurship, allowing me to contribute to the creation of projects from inception. Notably, my participation in hackathons, such as the Challenge Innovation hosted by the University of Tunis and EY, proved to be a defining experience. Pitching for my team during this competition was not only a tremendous learning curve but also led us to the finals.

In July 2023, I secured a spot in the TAEF program, leading me to a transformative two-month summer internship at study.tn. Immersed in the role of a front-end intern, this experience proved to be profoundly enriching. Not only did it provide me with valuable technical insights, but it also afforded me the opportunity to encounter fascinating individuals who became mentors in both professional and personal realms.

The internship underscored the significance of hard work, fostering collaboration, and thriving in a healthy work environment, instilling in me a deeper understanding of these values that continue to shape my approach to both my studies and future endeavors.
Reflecting on my journey, each experience has been a stepping stone in my personal and professional growth.

I am immensely proud to join the esteemed community of TAEF fellows, ready to contribute, learn, and make a meaningful impact in this new chapter of my journey.
